intro Ric for Özlem’s Briding Podcast
Ric coaches computing leaders on empathy, harnessing data effectively and leadership in the long game. He is also consulting as an interim manager for a great IT team at BMW.
He has been consulting in advanced analytic for 25 years. Back then Business Intelligence meant something else and he was just a nerd in the basement using data to find better ways to serve customers for his clients and help everyone reap the revenue from doing so.
2013 he was awarded consulted of the year by Ework Group. The biggest consultant broker in northern Europe. Meaning he was selected among 7000 consultants and thousands of agencies. Their reasoning was his leadership and communication skills. In short he was great at elevating people and organisations.
Ric feared claiming this reward in his normal humble ways for years. He still to this day won’t bring it up himself saying there was so many other high performing consultants out there also deserving the same award.
He is a remarkable coach in the podcasting Akimbos and have been for a few runs. He also taken all akimbos but the food one, most multiple times.
His book Attracting Better Clients teaching you to get paid well for levelling up and learning on the job.
In his podcast Relationship Power at work he helps people who want to do the emotional work of you become the people you keep and helping managers retain their top performers better and thus get better results. It started with the words “lets make managers kinder and dare to lead with uncertainty”
In his podcast Psychology & Cyber you will listen in on conversations with people helping see how we all are deep into a metaverse that affects us more than anything. Even if you’re not a user yourself you cannot opt-out. Fun conversations to help us be more aware of its benefits and risks.
He is really into computer game play, state of play, following curiosity, data, empathy and being kind to yourself as keys to become more aware of how you work and claim your potential, and helping those around you generously to do the same.
Ric enjoy helping people and organizations levelup – and have more fun and understand themselves and their results better while doing it. You will find him taking responsibility between intentional action on data, results and state of play.
At the end of your episode I will suggest your listeners to go to this webpage should they want to go deeper. You and I will add before you go live what you think best serves them there
