I enjoy helping people and organizations levelup – and have more fun and understand themselves better while doing it. You will find me taking responsibility between intentional action and data.
I’ve been consulting on business intelligence since 1996 and mostly around the leadership effect of data. I’m comfortable with both advanced computing as well as finding the best in people.

I help organizations as a consultant with intentional actions to create a culture of empathy, generosity, and commitment to levelup while working on data strategy and leading my own team.
If you are a computer nerd who wants to levelup your leadership skills, get better results and retain your best performers you can also ask me to coach. I guarantee it will include a good portion a posture of generosity and empathy towards yourself and those that matter to you. (and yes, those you lead you serve so those too)
A curious mind who loves helping others embrace an generous posture towards themselves and others. To help others levelup, be it in game or in reality. At work, the inner narrative we all tell ourselves or our personal relationships.
When I’m not consulting or coaching I enjoy time with my number one focus: my daughter of 5 and her mother, the love of my life or try to tend to our house in a very newbie way.

PlayBlox - a web game helping teams get some “talk time” over something non-work - and having fun. Intentionally clean everyone can use it, with
ChronFocus - a time followup that shows you the gap between your ambitionlevel and effortlevel
ChronF - a computer gamer community app that helps people that “might play tonight” connect - think parents who dont have 30 minutes to organisize a get together once their kids go to sleep (same engine as ChronFocus above)
Projects I have failed in, or stopped investing into (I believe failed projects position us just as greatly as successful ones)
Elite Pro Gamer Podcast (helping youth both levelup stats in game, gaming business and also in real life (health, relationships, inner game etc)

Board Aware (anything can be used as a vehicle of self-discovery, experimentation and intentional actions – I planned to use boardgames. Then a few year later Tabletop came out and made the board game part it so much better than I could so I suggest you follow them instead (but without the self-coaching part)
Analytic Gamer (me and my cousin wanted to help other gamers reach top 0% in player markets, understand game mechanics and yes sneak in some self-psychology while at it)

I orchestrate business workings from a high altitude while understanding that success, in a company or in everyday life, comes from a deep personal understanding. It’s through this synergy that I’ve been able to generate meaningful sales for global retail companies, turn data into communication, and connect with customers around the world to drive results.
