Looking back I could never image what has happened since I was awarded consultant by the year by Ework in 2013 So many experiments that didnt levelup as I thought they would, and gratefully a few things did work out.

Looking back before that award. I would never ever had imagined that would have happened. I know so many people who would be way greater to award than little old me. Why was I to be awarded by 7500 consultants? I knew so many better!

Why I’m I sharing this? Because right now, where you are right now. You cant imagine how far you can go. There is no end to your potential. For each leap there is new doors, new fears, now habits opening up

Looking back it appears to be a big leap every 5 years where I wanted to do the big leaps instantly its served me and thus those I care about much much better embracing the small steps every day, despite eventual tiredness, despite tension, despite fears. I so want to encourage you to just commit to take MANY small small steps and you too will get there.

During these years this has been my mantra:

Embracing reality. Imagine Better. Intentional Curiosity, Empathy, Generosity

Just look how young and insecure I was back then, and still is in so many areas, but the number of areas does become less and less for every new habit you learn.
